Ordered taxi early hours around 1.20 am was told 15 mins after nearly 30 mins of waiting decided would be quicker to walk home I was almost home and taxi finally turned up at the destination it was meant to pick me up from, bearing in mind it takes 15-20 mins to walk terrible customer service especially leaving a female waiting out on the streets for nearly 40 mins

Booked a taxi for 7am - asked them not to be late as I had a train to catch; finally arrived at 725 having been told 5 minutes on first chase up. Not good enough

Great Time coordination and reached in time. Best Cab service.
