We were a group of 7 ladies and 2 teenagers, quickly seated and attended to not by 1, but 3 attendants. All eager to please and take our orders. We even got offered free sweet potato chips as regular fries had run out, which was nice. We tried not to be too loud catching up on over 30years worth of news as we had all gone to Boarding School together, and reluctantly had to leave about 6hours later as the Restaurant was very popular and we were holding up seats of potential customers. Delicious food, reasonable pricing. One suggestion: fans!

We came to Westfield today to do a bit of shopping and thought we would pop in here for some food as we have never had a bad experience at all here. Well again we were not to be disappointed the staff were friendly and helpful and the food we had was absolutely delicious. We even got a free desert each because they said the service took a long time but to be honest the atmosphere was so welcoming and chilled out we never even noticed it was that long and just sat chatting away enjoying our time there. Absolutely top class place and wonderful staff! �

This place was fully packed yesterday the food was okish (cold) but the five star goes to the girl who served us from malawi was friendly knows what she is serving etc but the other waitress ignored us didn't bother bringing garlic mayo to us when we asked them or our drinks.

Thanks a lot to all the Italian staff that looked after me and my allergies. Top place, I’ll be back soon.

People give it a reduced rating because they have to wait for their food! Go to a fast food restaurant then for goodness sake! The food quality, flavour and temperature was just fine. People just moan because it took a while to cook

My friend and I went there for a bite to eat. We just ordered 4/5 different starters and they were all lovely. Staff were friendly. We had a really nice time!

The service was great and really nice staff. We were served pretty quickly. I ordered the Brazilian chicken curry dish it was ok the chicken bit overdone. Not the best ive ever had but my friends enjoyed their food they had something different. We had a really good night and i would go back

I took my daughter and granddaughter after a hectic shopping sprees, we decided to check out Cabana, before we ordered our meals we were told that there was a waiting time of 20 minutes, well we waited, and waited for nearly forty five minutes, food was cold, I wouldn’t mind if the Restaurant was packed, but it wasn’t. The male waiter could not be bothered to write down our orders. Not going there again.

Food was good, service was a bit slow and the chairs were very uncomfortable. You can’t go wrong with ordering the Spicy Malagueta Chicken. I added prawns which is essentially them putting shrimp on separate skewers and bringing them out to you. Fries, coleslaw and a tortilla come with the meal. The fries we got were small and shriveled like they were from the bottom of the barrel. Coleslaw was unusual in taste but edible. Didn’t use the tortilla, I just ate the chicken and shrimp with a fork. Sauce on the meat and shrimp was tasty but not spicy. The bottle of sauce on the table had a good kick to it.

After we were given the menus and decide what we order we have been told the missings plates. Waiters were stuggling to manage half full tables and doing they best but not enough. Prices fair enough. Sweet potato fries half of them burned but after we mention it manager took it out of the bill. Coctail we order Red tail parot it was fruit puree with an idea of alcohol.For a restaurant in a mall its fair but do not except something interesting at all.

Not even worth the one star. Food was dry and nothing like shown on menu. Poor staff, that looked like they couldn't be bothered to be there. Disappointing as food sounded great, definitely won't go again 👎🏻

It's a shame because this place does not deserve a 1star to say the least.

Here is what you need to know about Cabana:



1) The Food is so cold; I ordered a steak along with my sister and brother and all of ours was disgustingly chewy (almost like chewing on old meat) we did not finish this. The chips were also stone cold and hardly any "Brazilian seasoning" which is raved about on their menu. We sent them back and they came back cold.



2) The service is appalling. - believe it or not, we had a manager serve us.. and we complained.. he couldn't have cared less to be honest, what we got in return was a blasé attitude and shrugged shoulder. Should this man really be considered as a manager? Does he care about the customer service? No is the answer.



3) People complained. - several people around us complained and left early. That should tell you overall what Cabana at Westfield White City is like. Do not go there!
