We went here for some food before seeing Celine Dion, although it was really busy the staff were great. We were seated straight away and the food came out in good time. Food was great, service was great, it was a perfect start to our evening. Thank you

User

We didn't have long before we were going to our show, we were served really quickly, the food was delicious we had ribs & spicy chicken, great atmosphere & nice wine, only downside was we would of liked a slightly larger portion of meat but otherwise fab!

User

The restaurant was very busy and I thought it would take ages for the food to come. We were eating within 15 mins of sitting down. Food was amazing the chicken was so succulent. Staff was very friendly and helpful considering how busy it was! Only cost £30 for us two, 2 main, 1 dessert and we just had water to drink. Definitely will be back

User

Nice. One of my favourite places, to eat. Value for money. I would recommend to friends, family, colleagues etc........

User

Great service, quick and friendly. Fantastic food!!! Only niggle was margaherita was toooo salty!! Definitely come again. Great fun vibe X

User

Great food top service quick and easy drinks were great too

User

Food was Exceptional, bit pricey but here you get what you pay for, Prawns and Chicken were extremely tender and packed full of flavour and the white chocolate ice cream was delicious. Their Brazilian BBQ sauce was potent with vibrant citrus flavours. Staff were lovely and catered to a specific request without hesitation. One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long while.

User

Best place and food I've been to. Food was outstanding definitely worth every penny x

User

food is really good, very happy they accommodate us after the concert which finished pretty late. the hostess was super nice, very attentive.

the food was really good, the drinks not so much though (we had a mojito which tasted quite chemical), the waiting staff is but there was a rush of people coming in after the concert so cannot complain too much about it.

I would return !

User

We went for some food before going to watch Above & Beyond and were pleased with the food and the service. Be aware it is a reduced menu on event days so for those familiar with Cabana there were no cassava chips on the menu to my brother's horror. However the chicken was succulent and tasty...the skinny fries were yummy...not a huge fan of the coconut slaw as i don't like coconut so would have much preferred a coleslaw. Although the others loved it so that's more down to preference. The waitress was attentive and we were asked if our food was ok...all in all a good meal

User

Shame food portions are small and coke is so watered down for food that is very expensive. Overall taste is great!

User

Friendly, welcoming staff. Great music at a decent volume so you can still hold a conversation but also enjoy the songs being played. Food was amazing - only quibble was portion size really? My hubby had a main dish and I had a side portion of chips as I wasn't that hungry - both were around the same size!

User

The food is nice and tasty; well prepared , I had the super salad and I would have it again! The ambience is good, nice music and atmosphere;but the service is slow...that is the only downside! Overall reasonable, no more than 4 stars.

User

Food is nice but the portion size is so small considering the price. £66.0 for one chicken skewer, 1 tiny qtr rack of ribs and a curry which was mainly sauce. Oh I nearly forgot two soft drinks and one beer.

They do the annoying trick of filling your glass with ice and tiny amount of drink.

Staff are very nice.

User

Waitress was nice, food ranged from poor to nice depending on what you ordered. Chicken croquettes were bland. Cassava fries were good. The rice was really nice, the pork/beef black bean stew was tasty, the 8oz rib eye lacked seasoning and was really dissapointing asked for medium rare it was closer to blue/rare and had funny after taste from the grill, the chimichruri sauce was terrible and lacked any taste. Unlikely to return will probably try elsewhere next time.

User

Chicken was flattened pieces like a cheap cut in a kebab shop standard. Flat bread was cold, my partners chicken tasted like pork scratchings. Got the feeling it was like a conveyor belt meal as we waited 15minutes for someone to take our order then it was on on the table within 2 minutes which suprised u. Tbh the beat part was the Sagres shandy i had, friendly pleasent staff but overall was like a downgrade from Nandos which is saying something. Would we go back ? Not for us no thank you.

User

Please pass the barf bag! We were a party of 4, celebrating a birthday, and our evening was ruined by the revolting food served at this overrated and overpriced eatery (more)

There was nothing authentically Brazilian in your tasteless salt fish cakes. The halloumi with a pure sugar syrup was undercooked and disgusting. Your £5 fries were inedible. Your vegetable curry had only carrots. Call it a carrot curry then! Boil-in-the-bag disgusting! All of your food was heavily sweetened and was so over salted that it's a wonder we haven't all had heart attacks overnight!

The toilets stank, probably from the other customers who needed to evacuate their bowels before they left here.

Avoid this place at all costs. Anyone giving it a good rating has no idea about Brazilian food or any food for that matter.

And you won't see any reply or apology from this establishment because they couldn't care less.

I have just had a terrible experience in the O2 restaurant. We are a family of 7, out to celebrate New Year’s Day.

We placed our orders. My mother in laws meal arrived it was incorrect, we could not make her wait for her food and delay her meal. The manager was kind enough to bring over some chicken to add in the dish.

The other dishes were ok, it’s clear the quality of ingredient used are not a good standard, the meat is poor.

My father in law ordered stake, he asked for it to be well done. What he received was a black burnt piece of meat, it was so burnt it was crispy! We pointed this out to the manager and he arranged to have another brought.

It is at this point I realised the chief was wearing his personal clothes. No chiefs whites. No hair net. He did not even have an apron on! He was using an iPad and if I had not seen him cooking, I would have believed he was a customer. I’m unsure how many health and safety regulations were broken. But I will contact the heath and safety regulator to find out. I have also taken a picture of him working around food while his casual clothing.

The second stake arrived, it was once again incorrect.

Due to the series of basic errors and the blatant disregard for health, safety and food hygiene, we left with out paying. I informed the manager as to the reasons we were leaving and not paying.

I have taken the time to read some of the document and found the following most interesting.

Personal hygiene

Every person working in a food-handling area must maintain a high level of personal cleanliness. He or she must wear suitable, clean clothing and, where necessary, protective clothing.

4

> Staff should keep hair tied back and wear a suitable head covering, e.g. hat or hairnet, when preparing food.

> Staff should not wear watches or jewellery when preparing food (except a wedding band).

> Staff should not touch their face and hair, smoke, spit, sneeze, eat or chew gum.

Regards

Enjoyed our cocktails. Staff provided table service as we sat out the front, however they approached us a few times, giving us the bill, asking if we wanted anything else, almost as if they wanted us to hurry up, we had been thinking about buying food also. Eventually one of the bar staff explained that her male colleague who was concerned about how and when we were going to pay as they don't usually provide table service, even though it had been his suggestion. So basically worried that we were going to run off without paying. Nothing like belinis served with a side of suspicion. The female staff member was otherwise very friendly and helpful.
