Cachet is my favourite shoe shop in the world. They have the most helpful staff who do everything to make your shopping experience a first class occasion. Every time I go in, I am spoilt for choice. I notice another reviewer has said something negative and untrue about Cachet's Ugg boots, but this is simply nonsense. All the Ugg boots are genuine and nobody needs to be concerned, just ask Ugg if you don't believe me! I've bought many pairs of Uggs from this place for myself and my daughters and they've all been perfect.
