We went here for our anniversary after being out of Doncaster for 5 years and it was still great! It's was nice to see the same chef and manager which is why it is probably still as good as it was back then. They fitted us in even though they were fully booked as long as we were out by a certain time which was fine by us. Good job CJ ´┐¢

We had a gorgeous meal last night. We didn't book but they accommodated us on such a busy night. Would highly recommend ´┐¢´┐¢

Turned up on a Saturday @ 9pm without s reservation and despite looking very busy they found me a table for two. Staff were very courteous and attentive.



Food was good, reasonably priced and well presented. Doncaster is my usual venue for rating out but if IÔÇÖm in the area IÔÇÖll definitely be coming back.

Kids sat in the jail which is fun.

All in a good time had by my brother and I with 4 small kids.

My grandaughters took me yesterday for my birthday it was my first visit and I will definately be going again the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them I would highly recommend it

I must say itÔÇÖs years since IÔÇÖve been in and IÔÇÖd forgotten just how good this place is.. food was excellent along with the service from Cameron, what a star he was ! Just want to say a massive thank you to you all at Cactus for making Chyna feel extra special on her birthday ! The food was amazing as always, just gutted I couldn't be there, but I will be visiting very soon. Paul your a legend and a great asset to Cactus. Thanks again Louise & Brian x

If you like your steak or fajitas then I highly recommend this place I went yesterday sat in a jail cell for my birthday tea T-bone steak onion rings wedges salad and peppercorn sauce top notch food not cheap mind but you get what you pay for ...

I feel like I just stepped into a saloon in Veracruz, the food is incredibly authentic and that mixed with the decor and the atmosphere is a very special experience, IÔÇÖll be back again... you should try it also!

I brought my wife here for her 40th birthday treat wow amazing service from start to finish food came out in a nice orderly time it was all piping hot and delicious the wife had the chicken chimichangas I had the steak and chicken fajitas It was all well presented and reasonably priced will definitely be back and shall be highly recommending to friends well done guys

Beautiful food, fabulous staff & a wonderful atmosphere... their cocktails are just divine (New York Sour is a firm favourite of mine!) & the attention to detail is second to none! Birthday lunch with my husband, we both had different flavoured chicken breast and ribs which were both gorgeous, the chicken was very moist and the meat on the ribs just fell off the bone. Service was very friendly but not too pushy which was good. Helped make my birthday wonderful and looking forward to going again!´┐¢

Arranged a last minute treat for my daughter and 9 friends to end her birthday celebrations tonight! Fantastic experience as always, food was great, service was great and the young lady who served our table couldnÔÇÖt do enough for us! I have been a customer of cactus jacks for at least 20years and it never disappoints! Thanks for a stress free evening!

Absolubtly happy with mine and the wife's food last night, by far the best ribs around and would recommend to all, we might have had a wait when we got there but we didn't mind as had a drink at the bar, which we were given free for having to wait ­ƒæì­ƒæì­ƒæì

5*. Keep it local. Locally owned. Great food. Great service. Highly recommended.

Had a fabulous meal last night for my husband's birthday, the food was amazing and even my fussy 7 yr old loved the kids ribs. Only giving 4* due to the small pot of Louisiana Sauce costing £3 which we weren't informed about. When I mentioned this on the way out I was informed that it was priced on the menu, however we had already handed the menu back when we asked about hot sauce. Was told by the waitress it would be a bit extra, wasn't told it was £3 extra for a tiny pot, of which we'd ordered 2!!!. Otherwise a great meal.

Great service. Most of the food was very good. I had the nachos which was ok, but IÔÇÖve had a lot better.

Food was average been here a few times and nearly every time we go itÔÇÖs new staff .

When my sister went here for her birthday meal, I was 45 minutes late due to being in hospital. I then got a phone call from my sister explaining that they were being asked to leave as the restaurant had over booked and another party was coming! So somehow 45 minutes is supposed to be enough for a party of around 8 to settle in, order and eat? I've been back with friends since at a quieter time and the food was average at best. They had no idea what guacamole was, and the "spicy" burrito didn't have any spice at all in it. It was basically mince and rice in a wrap.

Well firstly we got interrupted 3 times just eating our starters!! Asking if they was ok ´┐¢ ( they would of been if you'd buzz off)

Then we asked for a cab home.... Apparently they phoned 3 companies up an non was able to acomade us!! an we was told to walk!!!

If I was able to walk then I would of ´┐¢
