These guys know their way around a torque wrench.

My first experience was excellent. I bought a Mavic wheelset which arrived when Cadence said they would. They even shipped them on to my home address as I am 25 miles from their shop. Very friendly and professional service. Great communication. Really easy to do business with. My new local bike ship.

They lent me a spanner to change my wheel and did not frown at my incompetence for not carrying the right tool!

I think of all the bike shops in Bath that I have visited these guys have the best technical knowledge and clearly are keen cyclists themselves. I've never walked away from Cadence without having had my query solved. A good selection of bikes, parts and cycling apparel helps makes this one of the best cycling stores in Bath.

Really, really helpful. Never had a problem with them and always been treated really well - I have moved between different shops around Bath over the years, definitely top of the list.

I don't usually write reviews but the staff at Cadence are really deserving of praise. I purchased a road bike from Cadence in May and they could not have been more helpful. They spent ages setting it up for me, taking measurements from an existing bike etc with a view to making sure my (creaking) back didn't hurt, then getting me to blast round Bath on it before further adjustment. It has really worked - easily the most comfortable bike I have owned.

At the same time I purchased a rear light which subsequently failed. It was swapped for a new one (after a prompt attempt to fix the first one) efficiently and with no fuss - the Cadence staff have been really first rate in that regard too. 5/5 from me.
