We work broadly producing drawings / plans for the commercial, residential, retail and local government sectors. Specialities include: • Produce CAD / Revit / BIM drawings from PDF, images or paper documents• Standardise CAD layers (including creating Xref masters)• Clean floorplans• Design elevations• Polyline floorplans to agreed space standards (IPD, IFMA, BOMA, etc…)• Create fire plans (fire evacuation, fire zone and fire strategy)• Convert drawings / designs (scan to BIM, Revit to CAD conversion, etc…)• Design a 3D architectural model• 3D scanning• Create 3D visualisations – realistic internal and external images to gain a visual understanding of the design built from full 3D models.
