Went for lunch yesterday had a voucher to use

Limited menu as it closes on sunday.staff couldnt do enough for myself and husband.enjoyed our meal.another bonus gin was 2 for1

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal yesterday. So sad to hear they are closing tomorrow for good 22nd July. Staff are brilliant and food delicious

Perfect scrambled eggs and crispy bacon and a cracking cup of tea.

Love this place, Staff, food and gin cocktails are fab, the atmosphere is lovely too.

I had been shopping all day with my baby and wanted a drink in the sun, the first waiter said I could sit outside but would have to then go inside to order and pay which is not easy with a baby and lots of shopping, but then a lovely waiter said he would take my order and bring it out, classic example of going the extra mile for your customers! Had a fabulous gin and some lovely fries whilst people watching

Excellent afternoon tea, one of the best we have had. The staff were lovely & our waiter Michael L was very good. We would definately recomend it to otheres

3 stars for the staff who are brilliant but the breakfast menu leaves a lot to be desired if you have any dietary requirements. Used to be the best place to get a decent gluten free breakfast but apparently you've now added wheat to the bacon so I was given the veggie breakfast as the only option. I'm not a vegetarian and this is the only place I've ever been to where wheat is needed for bacon. Sadly it feels like you've gone backwards in time.. :(

Very disappointed - visited with my partner and daughter on Tuesday evening - indifferent staff to the point of being abrupt and rude - we weren't shown to our table - just pointed to it and said to make our own way there - order for drinks were abruptly taken with no conversation and then just stood waiting for our food order - obviously needed them both together - noticed the female waitress paying a lot of attention to a table full of business guys but to nobody else - people waiting or trying to get attention of the two staff members - not enjoyable - food was just OK - won't be returning

The food was aweful and very little of it for the price we paid , luckily we had a 25 pound voucher it took them ages to work out how to use it . No set waiter didn’t get asked how our meals where or if we wanted anymore drinks . When we asked for the bill at the end we was asked how’s your meal I told them the chicken was so dry I had to you tomato sauce just so it was edible and their response was “ we’ve had problems with that meal and as a chain we are reviewing it “ (the the price should reflect this issue )shocking response . Will never eat there again and I definitely be telling friends and family about the aweful customer service and the aweful food !
