You have to try this place. The food is excellent, decor and surroundings want to keep you sat watching the world go by. Free internet to. I had chilly and lime kebab, which was very yummy. Service and hygiene are faultless. I would recommend to anyone.

The nicest, cleanest and friendliest cafe I think I have EVER been too!!! That's probably why I'm fat and am there 3 times a week!! 5 star!!!

Popped in today with hubby and our youngest family member (Penny the Jackawawa). Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly :) Food was lovely and tasty (homemade chips bonus points) service was quick, bonus points for Coke chilled coke in a glass bottle and very reasonable prices :) 10/10. We will be back :)

Ordered over phone and delivery with in 30 minutes. Food was really delicious and plenty of meat in both kebabs and burger was great too. Would recommend to people.

Lovely little quirky place! Owner, Dave, obviously puts his heart and soul into it. Great atmosphere to relax with a quality coffee, or treat yourself to lunch.

Just had another Lovely meal in this great little place. The food is always fresh and VERY reasonably priced. Well worth a try. We keep coming back - everyone we have taken there loves it! Friendly service and delicious fresh food. Thank you Cafe Noir!

Had a beautiful breakfast today in cafe Noir- the presentation was fabulous and it tasted even better! Quality ingredients and friendly staff ... Will definitely be returning soon (my twitter @the_charlie_z )

Fuck willows the managers upmis ass and hes an evertonian this is by far the best cafe on the wirral, please every 1 give it a goe you wont be disappointed. ?.
