Happy valentines day everyone! One of our bosses, John gave each if us a rose today so on that note I am sharing the love :D

If you too, are unfortunately out in the lovely typical British weather we are having today, feel fee to dry off and warm up with a lovely hot drink! What's your favourite 'pick me up' drink? Mine personally is a mocha :D

We are playing a request game via our chefs, name a dish you would like to see on the menu, the chefs are eagerly wanting to spice up the menu with your opinions in mind! Please comment below your opinions are greatly valued here in cafe curva!

It's been a very busy saturday for us all at Cafe Curva today, we have been swept off our feet, but we enjoyed seeing a lot of new faces and potential new students all down from all around the country and world for open Uni day, we wish you the best of luck in whatever path you choose to take. We have a new meatball and mozzarella panini! Just tucking into it now on my lunch break. I highly recommend it :D

Why there is bad reviews on here I do not know, never had a bad experience here always go above and beyond especially with someone on there own with a pram make sure there's somebody always there to help carry the tray and the food is lovely! Customer service 11/10

Went in town today with my husband and went to this restaurant for a roast lunch and very much enjoyed it, I would recommend it when anyone comes to Drake Circus to do the shopping Cafe Curva is a must stop off��

Me and my two children come to this cafe at least weekly and they're so accommodating and happy to help it's amazing. I genuinely have never seen people go so above and beyond for their customers ❤️ Love it

I have never had a bad meal here. It's the only place I come for lunch when I'm having a shopping trip to Plymouth. Staff so helpful

Fantastic cafe with amazing food and friendly service would recommend to anyone family, they also reserve special tables for mother and prams and the disabled...

Cafe Curve was recommended to us by a local lad I asked while we were visiting and having a coffee in the town centre today. Absolutely top notch meal had here today and fantastic value. Everybody who wants a quick, hearty, fresh meal or cake and coffee, should visit here while they are in Plymouth. Will be using you a lot. Many thanks

Best lunch I have had in ages. Delicious, big portion, good choice, great value. All the staff I had any contact with were a credit to the place, one lady stacked 2 chairs so my daughter could reach the table (too big for a highchair, too small for an adult chair) and she called it a 'princess chair' which my daugter thought was amazing!

Been in today for a lunch treat by my daughter. Food was lovely and a large portion and service was great, was lovely and clean too. Only downside I have to mention was a member of staff strolling around chewing gum which didn't look very nice or professional and needs to be stopped. Would be happy to go again though.

My daughter was given hers first , 20 minutes later there was still no sign of the food for myself and my son. It turns out the wrong table number was given , therefore our food hadn't even been cooked , was given a refund , then a man who I assumed to be the owner came and apologised and offered a free meal the next time we came in , nice gesture but doubt very much it would be remembered , he offered sandwiches as we had to leave , the gesture was appreciated but didn't make up for the hot dinner we'd been looking forward to

Food was nice but over priced for what I got and one of the staff pretty much bit my head off very poor customer service

Come her regularly as normally satisfied with the food and and service however today's visit has been total opposite.. price increase on certain things I regularly buy and very poor customer service especially staff discussing private life by the counter plus no offer to help me to table has had pram and tray..

Went for lunch today with my daughters spent £27.00 and it was disgusting the chicken burger didn’t look cooked and the roast chicken reacted like perfume absolutely gutted as have eaten here a lot won’t be in the future

Well what can I say, had the 6 item breakfast and it was like I had fished it out of the bin from the night before. Dry, somewhat soggy in areas and almost inedible. Service was well..... It was like I was Jewish and they were friends of Hitler. Coffee was alright though.

I ordered a steak baguette. Steak was not good, chips underdone and greasy. Staff were cold and seemed to be overworked and unhappy. Felt like a cheap butlins cafe. Not good.

I am sick to death of certain members of staff in this place speaking to me like i am an inconvenience being there !! It has happened on a few occasions but today was the last straw...i am a paying customer so treat me with respect please



Today i joined the line and a lady asked me what i wanted...a jacket potato with cheese please....she called over to sombody my order....all fine so far...then this elderly grey haired man said something and i heard the words jacket potato...thats me i said...then with the ost miserable a face and stern voice he said...well what do you want on it...i daid oh im sorry i thought the lady told you...so i told him what i wanted...however as i stood there i thought how dare you treat me like that !! we the paying customer pay your wages...so i left and went over to spud you like...what a difference service with a smile....im sure the staff of Curva wont give a fig if i never step foot in there again, of which i wont!! However i can spread the word of how terrible i was treated.
