I always gravitate towards this cafe when I visit southport . All the girls are friendly and helpful and the food is of a high quality . The soup and sandwich combo is delish . Shall defo visit again next time I'm on a retail therapy trip !

After a long cycle ride from Warrington found this cafe on the main drag, great double espresso and coffee cake, even filled my water bottle up for me. Will return possibly in a car next time!

Went in this afternoon for a bottle of water and sandwich. The staff were very friendly especially the blonde lady who served me on the till.



The chicken sandwich was nice and freshly made.

Always good in here. I've seen the bad reviews which I don't really get. It's a cafƩ, the food is good and offers a variety of tasty snacks and meals. It's not a silver service restaurant. It is what it is. Very pleasant, and food is good and mainly home made. I usually have their soup it's really nice :-)

One the staff was in a moody with customers..if don't like the job leave.

Visited with my family yesterday, we wanted a late breakfast about 11.15am. Menu looked good, cafe looked nice. Service was slow for drinks but it was the food I had issue with. Absolutely terrible. I ordered the 'three items on toast' Bacon, sausage and mushrooms at Ā£4.25. I got a plate with one rasher of limp undercooked Bacon, one undercooked sausage that was white. Yes white, I've never seen a white sausage before, and a reasonably adequate sized portion of greasy Mushrooms next to 2 slices of thin, burnt, hard toast. A paltry quantity of food for the price. The sausage was diabolical, cheap frozen, bulk buy. The mushrooms tasted like they'd been cooked in cheap margarine in the microwave and the toast was covered in it too.

I'm sure the coffee aspect of the shop is very nice but the food? Needs work. Won't be back.

Usually love this place. But this visit on sunday 2nd april. We waited 10 mins. When my husband went to see were are drinks were. They ad been sent to some one else who ordered after us. We didnt get a sorry for the mix up. Just 3 different excuses. When we finally got are drinks. Still no apology.

Had an awful lunch here today. I don't want to go into too much detail because I feel bad that people are trying to make a living but I feel cheated out of my money!
