Caffè Nero

Nice place. Disappointed as no cream for hot chocolate. We asked for part refund and they said we will have to take it out of tip pot to make us feel bad. Bit poor they having to do that. If they'd have had the cream in first place would be ok. Instead of trying to make us look cheap in front of others

Got to be my favourite coffee shop in Boston , so relaxing and good staff to !

The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Love going in for a hot drink.

Decent cup of coffee but a little slow

My latte looked and tasted like a like a caperchino it was nice. Also not very diverse staff are rude. Especially the big blonde that worked today. Didn't like it at all!

Love the coffee and the decor, really happy relaxed staff make it a more pleasurable experience than in other coffee shops.

Central . I like the brand always use them. Good choice of drinks n snacks

Was amazing coffee until last week, had to bin my coffee it was that bad. Dunno how this place went from 5 out of 5 to 3/5

Dog friendly, cosy, lovely staff. And they do a mince pie to die for that just happens to be vegan. Really nice coffee. Only down side really is that service is slow (always is in places where the coffee is made on one of those machines that looks like the controller for the alien mothership in Close Encounters) and it's often hard to get a seat - both problems due to its popularity so I've not marked it down for that.
