Wow...just wow! Had afternoon tea this afternoon with my friend, we were celebrating her birthday. The food was so beautiful and the coffee was delicious. Can't wait for my next visit xx

What a delightful place. You are made most welcome soon as you walk in the door. The owners and staff are genuinely very friendly and courteous. The food is lovely and the cake's are delicious. The Manchester Tart is award winning and on tasting it I could see why.

We have been here a few times and always enjoy the food and coffees. However we went today and something stood out to me. Outside the cafe was a homeless lad of 17 years old. The blond male worker came out and sat and spoke to him and bought him a coffee. The staff member was very polite and helpful with the young lad and was offering some life advice. He was very encouraging of the lads future. I thought this was so nice to see as the young lad was clearly getting himself into trouble from what he was saying but the staff member was trying to help him by discussing his options with him etc. It was just very nice to see someone going out of their way to help. What a lovely little business :) highly recommend. Also the pumpkin spiced lattes are amazing! :)

Took my friend Bev for afternoon tea for a belated birthday present they sang happy birthday to her and put a candle in a little cup cake it was wonderful surprise food was superb staff are brilliant and very friendly

Could have done with a larger tea pot I ran out of tea a wonderful afternoon out xxx

This is my favourite cafe in Wigan. The owners are one of the reasons, so polite and accomodating. A very welcoming environment. The food and the coffee is always outstanding. Whenever I'm in Wigan, I make a stop here

New to Wigan, impressed by the reviews for this place, we rang when we were 5 minutes from breakfast shut-off point, and they offered to keep the grill on for us.



Lovely food, very nice coffee, really nice ambiance and immaculate toilets. The guy behind the counter and the lady chef were so pleasant.

Me and my husband have been here a few times now... However today my husband asked what the soup of day was, the kind host gave us a small taster cup of the soup for us to try. This tomato soup was DELICIOUS!! We both ordered and fully enjoyed the soup and sandwich and a slice of Tiffin for after. Not only that but we were also able to take our dog with us... which we find is quite rare around Wigan.



We really think this small welcoming cafe deserves recognition!!

I’ve been coming here since it opened, and the staff have never failed to be anything other than delightful. Their food is delicious, and the scones are perfect. On Sunday, after hearing my two year old singing Let It Go, they even played it through the speakers for her. A wonderful example of great customer service.

It's warm, welcoming, accommodating, friendly, the staff are brilliant , nothing's too much bother and above all, the foods homemade & delicious.

I went yesterday with a group of friends. It was very busy so was glad that we had booked a table beforehand as I was looking forward to going. I had the soup and sandwich and a mocha latte. I just had room for a scone of course! This was my first visit and it won't be my last. Lovely place with fantastic service.

Had a lovely afternoon tea. Cakes were gorgeous and the service was very good, would recommend and will definitely return.

From going in to coming out nothing is too much trouble for the lovely people who work there...the ambiance and the food are second to none....i took my mum and daughter for the mother's day lunch . It was beautifully presented and fresh...lovely place ...gorgerous staff....and simply scrumptious food....go and try it x

Amazing!!! Myself, my sister and my 2 year old daughter loved our visit here today, we had a pram with us and asked was it okay to come inside as we didnt want to take up too much space....we were welcomed inside by the friendliest lady who was fabulous throughout!!!

Its a gorgeous cafe with beautiful food we had scones (hot delicious, choice if jam, cream butter etc), cake (brownies amazing) and hot drinks and will be back for lunch asap!!!
