Simpley beautiful. We have never been let down By the food or the service there. This time We took my daughter for Birthday Breakfast there, there was about 15 people on our table. The kids loved it and the adults had a wonderful time too. Very child friendly and so very elligantly designed. Thank you for you service 💐💐💐

My friend from Vienna absolutely loves Caffe Concerto. She only eats at CC when she is over in London. The Westfields Caffe Concerto is so beautiful, clean, classy and comfortable. The service is very good. The food, cocktails and wine we had was amazing. The only thing is that it is a bit pricey but overall great ambiance with a lady singing and playing the piano. Will visit again, thanks.

I loved this place , a cosy place where u can also go by yourself and read some italian books!!! ( it s.full of them :-). Waiter from Sicily was very friendly and simpatico :-) A good place to catch up with lovely friends like mine.

Had Lobster and Steak meal really enjoyed it. Waiting staff very helpful love this place 3rd time here 😀

The food was lovely and reasonably priced. The service isn't quick but it is laid back and relaxed. It was nice to be somewhere on my own and not feel rushed.

Good food although they served my tartines instead of baguettes (2 very different things on the menu, wouldn't mind but the capers were missing!). Service was quite slow to start with but the food was very good and so were the surroundings!

Friendly prompt service even when very busy, unlike other outlets in the mall. Macaroons excellent, good choice of tea.

Although we have had very nice lunches several times in the past I booked afternoon tea for 3 and when we arrived the waiter stuck 2 fingers up when I said afternoon tea for 3 and refused to serve 3 insisting it was 2 only although there were 3 of us. We had to ask for the prosseco. Everything came up for two people it was very dissapointing and I won't be having afternoon tea there again. A very unhappy customer.

We took my grandaughter there for her 5th birthday. Service was non existant??? Food was poor... Rotten grapes, soggy biscuits and my son has an upset stomach after the prawns in his starter platter. Will never be going back here again. Dreadful place....

Food was average, my eggs were hard and when they came back they had sauce all over them which I didn't ask for and my sisters baked beans were cold. Wouldn't go back. Manager was apologetic but if the chef can't cook a poached egg that says it all!

Went yesterday in Westfield inside the village I was thrilled with the customer service how poor it was . They don't take any notice .latte and expresso arrived cold tho we said while ordering make sure drinks are extra hot . Regents street is better one . They looks after there customer well and feel welcomed . I will notice next time again when I pop in there to eat and drink . Hope it's going to be worth a visit to concerto .

Very poor service. Complained to the manager who saved the day. Told him to remind his staff that there is such a thing as "review Cafe Concerto" so the head office will know how bad the staff is performing except the Manager who knows about good customer service. Will only come back because of the manager and only if he is there.

The service was so poor that it let down the the beautiful deco. We had reserved our table and upon arrival we got seated - however we had to ask for our menu 20 mins after being seated. I ask for medium rare steak and was given well done! The lobster was over chewy and the burger cold / bland. We were given the lobster cutter after we'd eaten! The ginger haired lady behind the bar couldn't stop staring and the live singer couldn't sing!

Claudio was the only person attending to the whole restaurant and how he did it with a smile was beyond us. Oh but the coffee and was nice so one star to that.

My friend and I went there on Friday for an evening catch up... it's a place I frequent because of the ambiance & service including location. We were having a good time until I saw a mouse running from under one of the sofas. We brought it to the attention of a member of staff who confirmed that they had sighted a mouse in there !!! We will not be going back in a hurry. I will be reporting it to the Environmental Health Pest Control

Bought 2 cakes, one cake was smashed and out of the tray so the staffs probably cut the sides to cover up the fuck up (pic at the comment)



It was a birthday cake for someone.



I had a staff called Omar calling me and forcing me to admit I smashed the cake on purpose.



That kind of attitude doesn't require yr business, will never purchase again from them.
