This place is excellent!! The food is fresh and homemade. It is truly a delicacy. The food temperature was perfect. Excellent service! Fabulous desserts. Our party of 6 was pleased with each starter, main course, and dessert we tasted.

I loved the care of staff and good quality food. Used the terrace and the weather was lovely...all together, great time with my family! I would recommend (waitress Adriana was lovely)

Fantastic service from the moment we entered, the staff were amazing with my 18 month old niece, they loved her and nothing was too much to ask. We all had the cream tea and couldn't fault it at all, everything was lovely. Visited a few years back and will Defo be going back on our visits to London again.

Fantastic food, truly epic. I had the potato and seafood gratiń and it was incredibly tasty, service was great, and the choice on the menu was a guarantee of our return.

Couldn't fault the service, the waitress in particular was really friendly, food came out really quickly and was really nice and not bad prices at all! Would definitely come back.

Service wasn't that great. The person looking after us wasn't very interested and didn't give much attention to detail. Seemed like some tables had full sets of cutlery but ours only had forks. Tried to ask for a knife but the waiter never looked or came back to our table. We had to cut the scones open by hand and cut the cakes with the fork. The food was very good and portions were big. Just disappointed with the quality of service.

Me and my friend dined here yesterday afternoon after we had been on a guided P.G wodehouse walk. It was terrible rainy weather all day, so we were looking forward for something warm to eat. We had lovely chicken and vegetable soup, it was delicious and then we had luxury cream tea, which was also delicious. Could not eat all the cakes, so they were transferred into a box and given to me in a nice bag. Food was good, service was so, so. When the bill came, we noticed they did not charge us for the soup, so we decided not to mention it, as it was their fault for no attention to the bill. Overall, it was a nice experience.

First time we came and had eggs Benedict and almond croissant, and both were amazing, so we were really looking forward to having the same upon returning to London yesterday, however sadly the eggs were over-cooked, there was too much vinegar in the hollandaise sauce, which was also too thick and cold in its little pot, and the croissant seemed a little old / stale. A real shame. Hope for a better experience next time!

Went in on my own for lunch,service and food where average,objected to staff rounding up my bill and then not giving me the correct amount of change then ignoring me when I protested.....

I am sorry, the place, food and concept was great. The service was a bit poor if you need to look for the staffs attention for 15min

Yesterday I bought some cake slices as a special treat but unfortunately the cake slices were stale (the sponge was hard where it was exposed to the air, and the "cream" was solid whereby tapping it with a spoon made a noise and left no residue on the spoon). I used to always get Caffe Concerto cake slices (mainly in Haymarket) a few years ago for their quality but yesterday's experience has left me extremely disappointed. I can no longer recommend Caffe Concerto to my friends and now I will have to revert back to PV...

It looks so beautiful from outside, so we went in. All tables are so close together u can’t really move. We ordered scones they had been put in a microwave to warm through. The cheesecake was nice but very tart, the coffee was ok. The staff seem to be running around after everybody ur waiting for someone to come over to see to u. We waited 10 mins just to get our bill, then they have the cheek to add 12.5% tip, when we weren’t even pleased with the service. I wouldn’t rush to go back again.

The lady attending our table didn't speak very good English and was rude when I asked questions one of which she went over to the other server pointed at me and told the story and laughed.

Will not return and the owner should pop in a surprise them. One of the workers stood in the doorway and smoked a cigarette and filled the dinning room with smoke. We quickly left and wanted to make sure to write a review.
