We would like to say thank you very much to Caffe Verdi for the beautiful sandwiches and fruit platter they provided for the morning before our wedding.

Our wedding was not until 3pm so we needed something to keep us going and they did just the job!

Very professional and would 100% recommend.

Visited Verdi's twice in the last couple of weeks.



First visit staff were having a row, shouting and swearing at each over, got my order wrong then bitched about me when they thought I couldn't hear and service was terribly slow.



Second visit service ridiculously slow, staff forgot my drink again, had a grumpy half arse apology and then remade it using a coffee that had been sat on the side half made for god knows how long.



It's a shame as it's been our local cafe for years and just recently seems to have gone down hill.

No friendly welcome when we entered the cafe totally ignored at first by staff whilst waiting at the counter to be served . Once ordered staff were very polite but then as trade was slow and no doubt said staff member was tired she then sat on the food serving counter talking to her fellow staff members none of whom suggested to her that the serving counter was not the correct area to place her bottom ! Quite honestly disgusted of that is the standard front of house I dread to think what standard is upheld in the rest of the establishment. Very disappointing. Shall not be returning .

Recent visit put me off as a young waitress was not being treated well by the I persum manger. I am from Surrey. And I have my own business and my staff are treated well.
