Café Rouge - Cheltenham

We have lunched here twice this week. Tabitha our waitress goes the extra mile to make everyone's meal really special absolute star hope they make her manager

We had one of the best days of our lives yesterday. Thanks to the exceptional service from Chelsie our waitress who was a real credit and served us with supreme care and attention despite it being a busy day. We really enjoyed our starters of pate and crevates and the tuna nicoise was perfect. We sipped sumptuous cote de Rhône and enjoyed living in the sunshine table area great full for the amazing food, caring Chelsie and life itself. My husband has bone cancer so every day is precious. Couldn’t have been better, they didn’t know us but we felt valued customers x

Service was fantastic food was beautiful and hot, had a very pleasant evening would definitely recommend this place.

Great setting, great decor, great food. What more can I say.

Great private dining room and balcony for hire

Eat here often when we are in Cheltenham. Always nice food & friendly service. Especially like the confit du canard. Tarte au citron v tasty. See you soon!

Very bad service 30 minutes before somebody gave me a menu, Then when I ordered a coffee, told unable to order from the breakfast menu as it was now 12, and lunchtime time had to be used ,So ordered Croque, with fries that arrived 40 minutes later, The cheese on top was not melted , the fries were cold, Total waste of money and time, 70 minutes for a sandwich and coffee is pathetic, and you were not busy,

Disappointing as an end of term treat my 14 year old came for lunch with her two friends I gave them a Wuntu vocher code so they all had a £5 meal deal . I gave them £15 and they all only had a couple of pounds for a drink also . I told them to check with the sever that this was ok before they ordered .she said it was fine . Then they were asked which toppings they wanted . But when the bill came they were all charged extra for the topping ! . Lucky one friend had a card with ten pounds on to pay . Otherwise they would have not had enough money ! Very disappointed that this would happen could has been very embarrassing and awkward for them when it’s was a treat for end of term good reports ! �
