Cake is a family-run bakery based in Glasgow, creating delicious, handmade cakes, traybakes and scones. Cake was launched in 2011 with the aim of producing the best quality, hand finished treats; which can compete with even the best home baker! We have a strong product development team, allowing us to create innovative sweet treats for everyone to enjoy! Our Bakery Manager Lauren, is the daughter of Sam & Barbara Henderson, owners and directors of Lomond Fine Foods.
