Back To School !!! First Baking class after our summer break ... " Afternoon Tea Masterclass " ... such great students and so much fun ❤️

When we walked in, the waitress was very welcoming and showed us to our seats! Very pretty, quirky setting. We started with a glass of champagne which was lovely and cold, then our tea and cakes were brought over on little tables. Each one was explained and beautifully presented and delicious. We even met Eric Lanlard who chatted with us. The whole experience was lovely and really enjoyable.

What a special experience. Afternoon tea was very good quality and the service of the highest standard.

Went for a friends birthday and had the champagne afternoon tea....it was great, food was fab and tasty and the staff were lovely too!

Was celebrating a 0 birthday and the champagne afternoon tea certainly added to the celebrations.

The gluten free savouries were delicious and so were the typical savouries so I believe. And then the sweeter items. Well my Baker friend was mightily impressed with the selection before her and my GF selection was very acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The champagne delicately sealed a celebratory afternoon. Definitely well worth a visit.

Had the most fabulous day as part of the afternoon tea cookery class, came away with many, many goodies and had a very delicious lunch and breakfast. Highly recommend it well worth the money. Eric is so personable and really makes it such an enjoyable relaxed day

Had rented a flat through airbnb and this place came recommended. On our last day we called in. They were the nicest cakes we had ever had and a very decent coffee to go with them. The chap serving was very helpful and explained all the cakes to us which made choosing one very difficult! Loved the dog treat jar and water outside. Certainly worth a visit.

Had a fantastic day doing Afternoon Tea. Learned a lot, plenty of tips, superb lunch. More importantly a day full of fun learning, no pressure on anyone no matter what your baking skills are. Eric puts everyone at ease and is there with you guiding you every step of the way. Eric and his staff were very helpful and pleasant, throughout the day. Would well recommend either a visit to the shop or indeed a baking day, I would be delighted to return.

First time visit and had a great afternoon tea experience - the main man was there and really personable and the food / cakes were amazing - sister had the best birthday � Defo recommend.

Fantastic day baking with Eric. Highly recommend the workshop no matter what level your baking skills are at. No stress just enjoyable baking as Eric's great team do all the washing up. Makes a fabulous birthday present. Eric is a top bloke. Hope to visit Cake Boy again very soon.

Fabulous day yesterday with 7 other ladies at the Afternoon Tea workshop. Quirky venue. Fabian and all the staff very solicitous and really looked after us well (especially the unseen elves in the background doing the weighing, washing up and actual oven watching). Eric was with us all day and really lovely, explaining, demonstrating, checking and sharing his tips. No skimping on quantities for filling and decorating. Oh and the lunch was fabulous. Thank you all. I may well be back.

Excellent service from the guy who served us yesterday for our afternoon tea! The food was great and it looked amazing as well! Very recommended!

Brilliant day on the chocolate cake masterclass yesterday... learnt lots of new skills and tips - make a birthday cake today with the buttercream recipe we made in class... Eric has a lot of time and patience - excellent teacher..!! Would definitely recommend one of the classes. Thank you

Booked for a hen party afternoon tea. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and very attentive, ensuring we all had drinks at all times. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience and such a funky place. Made us feel relaxed and the macaroons and champagne was amazing. Cant ask for a better way to finish off the day and to relax. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing cupcake decorating class. Was great to meet Eric and discover the secret to a beautiful cupcake. Everything ran so smoothly and was very generous with ingredients, afternoon tea and Eric's time. Cafe is beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and will certainly do another class!

A brilliant day day with the cupcake decorating class and even better was that they catered really well for my dairy free dietary requirement! I had my own icing bowls specially made and even got a soya hot chocolate! Fully recommend this to anyone!
