cakeandhr is a friendly and informal group for anyone that works in HR. A partnership between Judith Elliott and Edwina Brewster, cakeandhr deliver monthly knowledgesharing events to HR professionals in Cambridgeshire. We provide a confidential and collaborative environment where everyone can share their experiences and challenges. Whatever you have been tasked with delivering you can bet that someone else in the group will have experienced something similar. There is no need to figure it out alone. Our monthly knowledgeshares are designed with current HR and employment law challenges in mind, if that topic needs it we might invite a guest speaker but generally we will kick off with a summary of recent research and encourage our members to share their questions and experiences.
