I can’t believe that I will have been running my Cake business for one year on 26th June, where has that time gone!! 😱 To celebrate, I’m going to be giving out some discounts and running a competition, so watch this space!! 😀🎂

My Cake Covering Class is now fully booked on Saturday 31st August. However, I do have limited availability on my Friday 5th July, 10.30am Class. If you would like to come along, see how it’s done and decorate your own cake (it’s easy when you know how!) Please message or email me. Today is National Egg Day! I love eggs and use loads each month. They are such a versatile ingredient and are full of protein, vitamins and minerals. Therefore eating Cake is good, surely!!! 😂🎂

Here it is, the cake I made to celebrate @mrsimmsworcester 1st Birthday. This is vanilla sheet cake, filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Covered in fondant to match their brand. Mark, Michelle and the team created a lovely party atmosphere in the shop today to celebrate, with the cake being cut by their new charity partner, New College Worcester. Happy Birthday guys!! 😀🎂
