Hiya Guys, Just a quick intro :)
I am a proud Mummy of 2 who started making cakes for immediate family. It all began with an emergency Xbox cake(in gallery, What started it all) for my brother's birthday and i just enjoyed the process and final product soo much that I continued making them for family members.
I now want to broaden my customer base in order to provide bespoke cakes for every budget so that everyone and anyone can have that extra surprise for that special day/...Celebration.

Jamie's sponges are divine - much nicer than shop bought. Of course the decoration is important but what is underneath that, is the cake. What good is a fantastically decorated cake if the sponge is dry and tasteless? I've had this from a professional cake maker but not so with Janie's cake. Her sponge is moist and moorish.
