Mmm I love the smell of Christmas 🎄 cakes baking. I have been preparing the fruit and the first cakes have been baked. Lots of brandy soaking before they are covered and decorated in time for Christmas. If you would like to order please get in touch.

When a wonderful client who I have baked 👩‍🍳 for before asked me to make an obstacle course cake for her older son and his friend, I happily said "Yes". Dirty faces and lots of mud are the order of the day for this cake and the cupcakes! 😆

Well for that special lady a cupcake bouquet 💐. Just what she ordered cupcakes, buttercream, not in a tub exactly 😘 There was a little extra that went in a tub😆

What do you make 👩‍🍳 for the birthday of a very special lady whose requests are only that she would like a tub of buttercream and vanilla cupcakes 🍰. Well I have a plan. We will just have to see what the gift is like....🛍

Thanks Cassie for photos of the inside of the cake! Three layers of Madeira cake, filled with buttercream, then white chocolate ganache and topped with sugarpaste! A taste sensation!

I have just said goodbye to my son as he goes off on his first Scouts camp for a week. We were asked to send baked goodies if we could so as he loves crunchies or flapjacks as they are known the U.K. that is what he took. Made with ❤️ These are part of the range of biscuits, rusks, and shortbread that I bake to sell. Xx

Well I had to delete my baby shower post so as not to ruin the surprise for my client. Silly me ☺️. Didn't really think that one through! And it wouldn't save. 😔So I hope all those lovely people who wrote such amazing comments will do so again when I repost after the party. Xx
