California Chalet & Touring Park

over priced at £25 a night in the winter ,no site shop ,no bar . l had a friend come visit me on site they were charged £5 to bring the car on site . there is a tv show called rip of britain , rip of california touring park . l won,t ever stay with them again

About 1980' atmosphere, very helpful staff, cooked English breakfast, roast lunches, cakes, hot and cold drinks. Sitting area indoors and outdoors. The lake is just few steps from the coffee shop! They finish serving food at 15:00. Shop closes at 16:00.

£25 per night in winter, don't make me laugh !!

In the process of modernising the touring pitches, with are good. Could make more of the lake behind by opening up some of the views. Some nice areas and nice looking chalets.

Wonderful Holiday Park. We stayed in a chalet for the week and couldn't have asked for a better time. The chalets are clean and finished to a high standard. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful and wild life is so tame. I will be looking forward to a return visit next year.
