California Cliffs Holiday Park

Only given three star as like all holiday parks now days only want your money not great memories

Really well located near Yarmouth sea front. You can catch the beach train from the main entrance for a few quid. Good facilities and caravans ok, but worth an upgrade if you hire a lower grade one where available. Entertainment was a bit lacking when we went, with some shows not being on or running late. Would go again though.

Overall it's a fairly good site. The restaurant and chip shop are nice and the entertainment area is a reasonable size. The bar let's it down with it's limited selection of beer and cider, and they only serve Pepsi and r white lemonade on draft, they do let themselves go near the end of the season and don't restock the shop. For the duration of our stay we relied on tesco which is a 10 min drive away as the shelves were empty in the shop. Accommodation was nice, that said, parking was a DISASTER. You have to send a scout looking for a route to your parking spot (the grass next to your caravan), Which at some point is 3 caravans deep, and if the neighbours are in you're not getting past.

God awful. Pool staff shouted at my autistic daughter. Very poor facilities. Rat traps everywhere. Caravans for sale parked in the road spaces. No space between vans and little space to park. Staff have extremely limited social and customer service skills. Woefully inadequate in so many departments including the shop which was preparing to shut even though we were still shopping and it was height of the summer. Avoid.

The worst caravan park I have ever experienced, entertainment non exist at, not much near bye, shop shuts at six o'clock, we wanted to take two ciders home as shop closed, we was charged £10.20 for the pleasure. Toilets dirty and never checked it was mining, road to beach step, no good for pushchairs, and wheelchair users. I've not holidayed in this country for years and now I know why, get bad weather and your stuck with not much to do, listening to the entertainment girls made me lose the will, food in restaurant was rubbish and expensive do your self a favour and stay at caister

First time at California Cliffs certainly not the last. Beautiful site. Friendly staff. Very well looked after. Really enjoyed our Monday to Friday stay...

We booked this Caravan in May 2016, we had a brilliant time caravan was the former silver class very clean and comfortable . Brilliant staff , we have two sons with Special Needs , the staff were great with them and very friendly and patient .

Had an absolutely fantastic short break here. The facilities are great. The pool was lovely. Shame the outdoor pool was shut, but the weather wasn't the greatest. Entertainments were a lot better than I've seen at other parks and the arcades were good. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Even though we never ate there, it looked good. Will definitely visit this place again. Especially if we get it through the Sun deals again.
