Spring Cleaning the Garden! Help please.
Tomorrow, Friday 12th 11am-3pm (Sorry for short notice!) We are having a work day in Callis Gardens. If anyone is available for a few hours to help out we'll be building a new compost toilet, fixing the roof on the cabin, re-vamping the Callis Palace bar and having a general tidy up. We would be very appreciative of any help.
It has been an appletastic cider making year at Callis Gardens!
It's that time of year again, please come and harvest willow at Callis Community Gardens, it is good for larger structures such as willow domes and living fences. Please get in touch with Miranda Cowan to ensure you are guided to the right spots, with the aim of supporting wider site management.

Managing and harvesting the fruits of Callis Garden
Tomorrow Rhys, Lou and I are going to start removing some of the crap from the garden. Starting at about 11am, we will be moving stuff from garden to carpark then to the tip. If anyone is free for a few hours we would really appreciate some help as it's a big job. We'll be making some food afterwards for helpers. Cheers in advance xx Melanie

I feel a winning pumpkin coming along! Callis Gardens @ Melanie's Secret Pumpkin Patch 🙂🎃
What a wonderful day-we all loved it and are really chuffed with how it went. Thanks to all who came along! There was tree magic, cakes, birds, burgers, and much balsam was bashed. The money raised will go towards kitting out our club house and building a compost loo for community gardeners X
If your coming to Callis tomorrow it's best to walk or cycle. Don't park on the lane - there is a bit of space over the road or by able fuels.
