My services for house extensions help to kick start projects from initial ideas into conceptual and developed designs at a competitive price. The documents you receive will give you an insight into the spatial qualities and functionality the building can provide. My work sees your project go from stage 0 through to stage 3 of the RIBA plan of work. My services will provide you with a great set of drawings that can be communicated with a builder / contractor to get an accurate quote for the price of your build. As most projects are very straightforward and will not need planning permission my services will be more than sufficient for the progression of your project. For projects that do require planning permission you will be thrilled to know you still do not require an architect to submit. With just the additions of a few more documents, all of my services will be sufficient for a full planning submission. Contact me for more information on planning drawings.
