Calm Birthing

Hypnobirthing provides very effective techniques for both mothers and fathers to use together for a calm and relaxed birth.

My role is to teach you these simple techniques that are such a powerful tool for both mothers and fathers.

This provides mothers with a deep sense of confidence and calm so important for birth. Making childbirth a positive, empowering and inspiring experience. Hypnobirthing helps mothers release fear and anxiety and feel in control, enabling them to remain calm, leading to a more comfortable and efficient labour.

Hypnobirthing teaches the father skills to help his partner, allowing the birthing couple to work as a very effective team.
