We are a Community Interest Company who offer peer support and training for people in our local community who are experiencing poor mental health. We have lived experience of poor mental health so we are empathetic and are committed to making a difference by giving our service users the tools to improve their mental health and the support to make changes to help them feel better be resilient and regain control of their lives. We are passionate about creating communities in which everyone has the opportunity for employment inclusion and independence. We do this through peer support helping people to identify understand and remove their personal barriers. This creates opportunities for them to raise their social capacity within their community.
