Calmer Families can work with individuals, families, groups of parents, at home, at community organisations, by telephone, skype or email.
Calmer Families treats all parents and carers with respect and is non-judgemental, because parenting is the hardest job in the world and we didn't get a manual.
Parents are given techniques and strategies which are evidence based and 80% of parents who practice and try strategies say they have noticed improvements.
