Wishing all the children who are moving on to new adventures lots of happiness for exciting times ahead.
It is absolutely normal to shed a few tears, leaving behind the security of what you have known for many years is scary BUT we canβt grow unless we face change. Life is fluid, there will be many hurdles, however if you can look forward, embrace the challenges with a positive mind, an open heart and laughter, then you WILL be just fine.
You are ready, open the door and step into your light π
Stand on the grass with bare feet and feel the earth beneath. Raise your arms up to the sky as your breathe in all the goodness around you and as you lower your arms, slowly breathe out, visualising sparkles or rainbow colours coming out of your palms. Repeat 5 times. πβ¨ Affirm - I am grounded and safe.

Enjoyed welcoming new and old friends in my Calmer Kids group yesterday. A lovely, mix of personalities, smiles and ages. Thank you for joining me π

Simply visualise blowing love, confidence, encouragement, calm or anything else you wish, into a coloured balloon and then picture yourself giving that beautiful balloon to your special person. All the qualities you give them are theirs to use throughout the day π
Trying to write new meditations whilst resisting the urge to cuddle our new addition to the family π
She has already stolen our hearts and as all you pet owners know, the rewards of animals (any breed or type) are immensely therapeutic. Iβm sure Iβll be writing more about this too π

Enjoy the beautiful sunshine today βοΈπ
Had a wonderful Walking Meditation in the beautiful Cotswolds with one of my 1:1 families this afternoon.
Using all our senses and having a grounding snack whilst dangling feet in the clear stream was delightful. We collected a positive pebble each and look forward to decorating them. π
Box of Strength
If your child is suffering from low self-esteem, create a box and fill it with coloured pieces of papers with written statements about how amazing they are and what gifts they sparkle with.
