As it happens so often a great idea was born out of desperation, how? Let me tell you how here is the story. We are two friends named John and John, born and bred in Essex, both with families, kids, jobs and pets. Both struggling with excess body mass since we turned 30.
It is never easy to squeeze a healthy diet full of fibre and protein in a rather hectic life full of overtimes, chores, music classes and Saturday football classes.
The turning point came when one day we both confessed to the sin of each having only one proper meal on the previous day it was kind of Indian takeaway and a plate of salt beef sandwiches with crisps in front of the TV late at night.
We both admitted that it was such a herculean job to control what one eats, count every calorie, and worst of all plan it all in advance. How wonderful it would be, we thought, if healthy snacks with their contents measured in calories were simply delivered to your home or office every now and then. How wonderful it would be for some to take care of our "tidbits" so that we wouldn’t feel starving and stuff ourselves with unhealthy food by the end of the day.
And this is how Calsway - eat right concept was born. And this is exactly what it is all about; healthy snacks delivered to your doorstep packed according to their value in calories.
