What a truly magnificent place, the welcome by the staff was amazing. The Activities (kingswing, climbing wall, Velcro bouncy run and the Water sports were great. And the BBQ to finish was so fresh and hot! Cannot rate this Trust high enough. Our Charity for Children with additional needs thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the encouragement they received made them try all! Well done and thanks.

Well we have just got back to Essex today from a lovely fun filled week at kielder Calvert trust. Lucy thoroughly enjoyed herself and has already asked to come back. Thanks to all the activity team who helped us throughout the week. Especially Dani, Natalie, Kieran,Patrick, David and Andy. It was lovely meeting you guys lots of love the crazy Essex girls. We've just come back from a lovely weekend here. It was brilliant.

The Chalets are lovely and really spacious.

The activities are inclusive and it was so good to be able to do things that the whole family can do without leaving our disabled son out.

The staff are all very friendly and the facilities are great! Thankyou!

We came on Holiday with Holly and agree completely with everything she says. Everything is homely and perfect for our needs. The children and adults love the activities and your staff are wonderful.

We brought our explorer scout unit on Friday 1st September for an activity day and had a fantastic day! We did high ropes, Jacobs ladder, leap of faith, zipwire & king swing along with a fabulous lunch for all. Extra thanks to our three instructors we had during the day for their assistance coaxing confidence & reassuring when the nerves hit. Lots of fears were conquered throughout the day. Without a doubt we will be back if we ever are in the area again

We booked an activity day at the Calvert Trust and had a fantastic day, the kids loved it. Our guide, Dani was fantastic- very knowledgeable, patient and reassuring to the kids and adults alike. We chose to do archery, shooting and kayak. We enjoyed everything but the kayaking in the afternoon was the best, especially the pit stop on the other side of the lake for hot chocolate!

If you visit kielder a day at the Calvert Trust is a must �

The whole experience is a most for everybody disabled or non disabled. The activities are breathe taking fun. it makes for a perfect adventure holiday or a tourist holiday. The trust benefits me personally because of its respite zone that comes with a first class care service 24 hour care. I love it, it feels like my second home to me because every member of staff from care to house keeping are down to down and are fun to be around . Since late last year they started getting the forum Cinema in from Hexham in to the trust to see the latest movies stress free. So to all respite and chalet guests I know it only comes once or twice a year but when the Cinema people do come please support the films please.

The most amazing place I have ever been to in a long time. Staff were great, chalet amazing, activities breathtaking. Thank you very much for everyone who made this stay for us a brilliant experience.

Stay in there restbite care for second time on one there themed weeks for Christmas and have to say it was epic. So much care and support, while having so much fun and help with preparing for Christmas in all ways all I can say is thank you and see you soon when I'm back

Our son has just returned from a weeks respite we were worried about him going but it's done him the world of good made him feel a bit more independent. Thank you to sally and the rest of the care team for looking after Liam so well he will be back up soon

It's a perfect place to get away from stress from the outside world but would.

I can not speak more highly of the Calvert trust at kielder. Located on the kielder reservoir it wlis very handy for kielder and includes a cafe and lovely lounge area. We did an afternoon of activities for my mum's 65th birthday and we had a blast! -high ropes,high swing,climbing,Velcro Olympics and archery- we're organised for us with the most reassuring, laid back, friendly and fun instructors we could have hoped for. The whole afternoon was brilliant, We will definately be back! Thanks again!

I always enjoy myself when I come for respite. My wife has the same opinion. I love all the activities with Kingswing been my number 1

Fantastic day out with radio borders cash for kids yesterday me and my wee boy had an amazing time �� staff are fantastic as well as the place � Think me and my 5yr old favourite thing was "King swing" Defo the correct logo for the Calvert trust...."NO LIMITS"

Calvert Trust Kielder is a fantastic place for people with any difficults. The staff are great as they have lots of patience for when we are doing actives because it sometimes takes longer to get things sorted out. I love all the actives especially going on the zip wire and going canoeing because I am in a wheelchair and I never thought I would do those things. I have been coming to Calvert Trust Kielder for 4 years now and I stay in the cabins, they are lovely as they have lots of room to move about in. The swimming pool bed is not safe because when I move my arm or leg and I catch the bar at the side it just comes out. Also the pool bed could be more padded because I have a lot of movement in my arms and I bang my arms on the bars. I have booked to come back next year again and I can't wait! :)

Another great break. Superb centre and fantastic staff. See you again soon for more fun!

5 stars all the way. Staff are amazing!! Food is excellent and the activities are so inclusive. My daughter loves it here. She really feels that she can achieve things here that are difficult in less supportive centres. I get a fabulous chill out in the chalet as well. Love the hot tub at Bradbury. Magnificent views.



Remember to bring a sexy raincoat and wellys and enjoy your stay!! ������

I visited with friends and family and the accommodation was perfect and in a great location. The accommodation is tiered so you can access high end or middle, reflected by price point. And as some of the cabins (they are massive!) are as low as half price in the winter months, Calvert Trust Kielder is as accessible as it is relaxing and fun.
