Calvert Trust Kielder

Amazing able bodied and disabled can have so much fun with out a care in the world.

It has a lot of activities and events. Also a great place to visit as well as meeting new people to discuss with.
Zip Wire, Abseiling, Archery, Buggeeing around the forest and visiting the cafe surrounded by the sea, car park, picnic benches, toilets, restaurant, birds and weather conditions was light rain but no strong winds just mild and sunny and calm.

What a great place to visit, beautiful location we alway have a good stay staff are fab.

I cannot overestimate the effect that coming to Kielder has had on me. I use an electric wheelchair and between the amazing activities they have on offer (indoor climbing, abseiling, canoeing, golfbuggy trekking etc...) and their utterly devoted staff I have completely changed my life. The centre has given me a taste of independence once more and I love it!

Fab place, highly recommend a visit, great accessibility options to all of the activities on offer including archery, sailing, clay pigeon shooting and zip wire

We've stayed here 8 times now and never get bored of the place. The lodges are amazing, the staff friendly and the scenery beautiful. Can't wait until our next visit.
