Advertised that they were open until 9PM on Monday the 6th Nov. Arrived just before 8pm click and was told that it was closed. I was then informed that we could play 10 pin bowling instead and attempted to talk my Son (who suffers from ASD) around to this idea but by then it was just after 8pm and the staff then refused to open a lane up for us even though they were expected to man the lanes until 9pm. It was so upsetting for our Son that we really struggled to get him to School on Tuesday. A very stressful experience all down to sloppy managed council facilities. You just do not realise how much upset these little things cause to Children with ASD. Bad people who allow silly rules to overuse common sense.

Daughter loved it so much it's prompted her to want to learn to swim! She's had four hour long lessons with mum now and can swim! She's THAT desperate to enjoy ALL of calypso cove like us grown ups could! Wave pool is amazing, lifr guards are responsive, slides are safe for non swimmers and fun for swimmers, there was only one thing she couldn't try., but i swim like a fish and I think i would be a bit nervous!

Pool is a bit tired and aging, but the slides are pretty good so mostly worth the ticket price.
I paid for 1.5 hours but the light indicating when our wristband colour time was up went off after 50 minutes in the pool. There's no clock in there so I didn't realise until I was dressed and I looked at my phone.
Also there is no change machine so if you don't have a £1 coin for the locker you are stuffed.
If you pre buy tickets online you can jump the queue to the left of the tills on the way in. There are no signs indicating this of course.

Amazing slides, diving pool with 5m platform, large pools. For some reason not enough and not very good showers.

Unfortunately diving pool and large swimming pool are closed sometimes without notice anywhere. They don't even tell when paying at reception.

Great place with affordable prices. The food however takes ages to come out. Apart from that everything was great and the kids didn't want to leave.

It's okay, has some good slides for all ages. Nice diving boards and 2 pools, one normal length pool, one pirate pool with a wave machine. They are well sized. However the changing rooms are a little small and are not the cleanest. The pool is a little dirty too. The restruant is not up to cleanliness and food standards but did not put me off. I enjoyed my day and It was cheap. I would go again but would not spend a full day there. 3 stars well earned.

Good range of slides, diving pool with viewing windows, wave pool. Also has large swimming pool (although this is sometimes used for lessons. Lots of lifeguards on duty and ensuring people are following the rules. Just too busy at peak times, you can barely move and this makes it difficult to keep the kids within arm's reach

Youngen loves it here, as i did as a child. Only swimming baths she wants to go to now

User

Enjoyable pirate-themed pool but now showing its age.

The lifeguard on the high slides was incredibly rude, completely and intentionally ignored me when I asked him questions while my 5 year old daughter and I waited to go down for our first time (which we didn't end up doing!) Not what I'd expect having paid nearly £20 to go to this place.

Took our Grandson here swimming, he had a great time. He liked the pirate ship, the negative was that the pool closed at 5pm and so did the cafe - would have liked a drink before leaving.
