Harry and Chris Save the World | Mon 26 Nov
After sell-out runs of their 2016 and 2017 shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, Harry Baker and Chris Read have been featured three times on ‘The Russell Howard Hour’ (Sky) and have been touring regularly around the UK. Last year they prevented a apocalypse and got a panda pregnant, so they're now drunk on comedy-rap-jazz power, intent on bringing love and laughter to a world that needs both more than ever.

we went to see Skinny Lister and AJJBand at Junction 2 last night. It was my first time at the the venue and was very impressed

the seats on the floor had been removed but there was still seating available if needed round the sides.I was particularly imoressed with the the sound, it was very hoid for both bands.an excellent evening

User

Went to watch Gabrielle Aplin tonight and knew it would be a struggle to stand for so long being 7 months pregnant but staff were fantastic and gave me a chair so I could watch the show in comfort. Thanks guys!

User

We love it here... Friendly,Professional staff throughout..

User

The Junction, Cambridge is such a fantastic venue, so many shows to choose from, I've been to family events and theatre and comedy shows now & I loved them all!

The staff are amazing and such a credit to the place - the atmosphere is always positive & buzzing! Long may it reign

User

Such a great venue and great staff you can have a lough with. daliso chaponda was epic you need to bring him back

User

Such a fab venue ; well in fact there are now 3.

Perfect place to hear new, up and coming bands and musicians as well as those either returning to tour or still on the road

Great sound and perfect to get.... where every good muso should be...... Down The Front

User

Seen The Hunna last night. From the moment I received e-mail in the afternoon with all the Running times! until the end of the gig I was impressed with the organisation of the venue.

Arriving just after 7pm the queue was considerable but we were in within 10 minutes. Both the support bands were good.

The Hunna were excellent. It would not surprise me if they were playing much bigger venues in the near future.

Having worked in a larger music venue locally it was heaven to feel the cool air blasting around periodically.

EXCELLENT

User

Saw the exceptionally talented Goldfrapp at J1 last night. Third visit to the venue (Amy MacDonald & Echo previously) and always a full house. Sound system is fantastic and place was rocking. Only problem is the view if you're not blessed in the height department like my good lady. She struggled to see but we resorted to standing on the stools on the back wall.

User

My first time at The Junction last night to see Saw Doctors. Very easy to park and lots of places to eat before the gig. The bar staff were efficient and friendly. The band were fantastic - the only thing that marred the experience was the crowd. There was surprisingly little energy and movement in the crowd! My friends and I were dancing all night!

User

Love The Junction - big enough for great sound but small enough to get a good view and feel intimately connected with the band or comedian. Saw Jesus & Mary Chain - fantastic, great energy in the room and great performance. Back next week for comedy gig - superb local venue and much better than a night out in London

User

I attended the Panic Room concert at J2 last Friday night and it was superb. What I liked most is that the bar is outside of the concert hall so there is no noise/bar chatter while the band are playing.

The staff, view and sound from the stage were superb also.

The Junction will be the first place I look for when booking gigs by bands I like in future.

User

Great Venue, multi-storey just across the road. Loads of restaurants around too. Saw Stiff Little Fingers at V1 last night. Only been in V1 but has two bars and sound is good. Main reception shuts at 7 but prebooked tickets can be collected from V1's own box office if you get there late.

User

Fabulous, clean and charitable venue. Years since my last visit. J2 was brilliant , intimate, and l laughed so much it hurt. Like anywhere you have to be prepared to queue for the bar and loo. Lots of great places to eat near by and only a 10 minute walk from the train station (I timed it), which incidentally now has, supermarkets, hotel's, eateries and watering holes outside the main ticket hall in the new CB1 development.

User

Everything about this venue is brilliant. The size atmosphere and most importantly the staff that work there.

User

Came to see John Robins last night, we have not been to this venue but will return, easy to get to, buzzy place, also great getting an email of the nights timings on the day. Enjoyed the show too! Recommended.

User

Nice venue, still small enough to be intimate and have atmosphere, but not too small. Easily accessible, good location, easy to find and park, good facilities on the doorstep. Great range of acts and music without going to London every time.

User

Great little venue with friendly staff and very welcoming.....one point is that why put unreserved seating and try to put people on the end of the line when first in the queue...i can understand the reasoning but it's impractical to ask it

User

My daughter is currently waiting in the cold and has been for over 2 hours. She got the tickets months ago and has been looking forward to this! What is the hold up? She’s missing the whole thing! Absolutely disgusting!
