I'm a qualified life coach (with a Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge) and certified counsellor, specialising in psychodynamic counselling, with years of experience helping lots of people lead happier and better lives by giving them the tools to help themselves. Email or call me to book yourself in for a free 20-minute introductory session that will be conducted via FaceTime, WhatsApp video or Zoom call. This session will give you a taste of what coaching is like with me, while making sure we're a good fit for each other. We can get to know each other a little and you can ask me as many questions as you like about coaching and how I can help you. When you feel ready to go ahead we will discuss scheduling the sessions, payment options and a start date.
