Its always a pleasure helping out fellow coaches with their training.
After battling with different injuries and not doing much Crossfit over the past year, Barney came to me looking to improve his Crossfit gymnastic skills.
We did 5 sessions in total, in that that time we managed to improve a variety of skills.
... Barney went from not doing a ring muscle in nearly a year, to doing 1 every minute for 15 minutes and not missing any reps.
