Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre

About Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre

Every year, 618, 000 women across England and Wales are raped or sexually assaulted. That's 1 in 35 women. For more than 40 years, Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre has offered free specialist and confidential support to women and girls across Cambridgeshire who have been subjected to rape and all forms of sexual violence, no matter when that abuse occured. These include our anonymous, non-judgemental telephone and email support services, face-to-face counselling, peer support groups and our advocacy service to provide support and practical advice through the medical, police and court processes. In addition to our support services, we also offer organisational training, raise awareness in our local community and passionately campaign for the rights of survivors and for an end to sexual violence. Our work is only possible thanks to our amazing funders and supporters and with your support we can help even more women and girls affected by sexual violence to flourish and thrive.
