I have always struggled with my weight. I don't think there are many diets I haven't tried. After I had my third child I had a good 4 st to lose and felt very overwhelmed at the prospect of trying loose the weight. Every diet I tried I would lose a couple of pounds one week, stay the same another week and then put on a pound. I felt I was getting no where fast, I would then give up.

When my mum anounced she was getting married and she wanted me to be her bridesmaid we both decided to do something, we needed to get good results. I had heard about Cambridge Weight Plan, so we decided to give it a go. Within weeks we both, and everyone around us, started seeing results.
My confidence was growing fast, in a short amount of time I had lost a lot of weight. I was able to be a big part of my mum's wedding without feeling ashamed and embarrassed about the way I looked. For the first time in a very long time I didn't mind who was taking photos of me.

I decided to become a Cambridge Consultant because hand on heart I can say that my life has changed for the better, in so many ways. It is all down to being more confident in myself. This is why I decided to become a Consultant. I have been on your journey and know how hard it can be.
