What is the Cambridge Weight Plan?. . . .

The Cambridge Weight Plan (formerly known as the Cambridge Diet) was developed by biochemist Dr Alan Howard & his colleague Dr Ian McLean-Baird. After years of research for the 'perfect diet' it was launched in the UK in 1984.

The Cambridge Weight Plan offers flexible, convenient & easy to use programmes for both men & women, whatever your circumstances.

How does it work?. . . .

There are six steps ranging from 440 to 1500 kcal per day. As an Independent Cambridge Consultant I will meet with you to talk through the plan, carry out an initial assessment, take measurements & start you on a step that's safe & suitable for you.

I will be available to meet with you weekly, providing 1-2-1 support & products needed to keep you on track towards your weight loss goal.

You will be able to access a wide range of nutritionally balanced products & meal recommendations for conventional food. Choose from different flavoured porridges, shakes, soups, bars, rice pudding & ready-made meals. These products will provide your body with all the vitamins & minerals it needs throughout your weight loss journey!

Once you reach your goal I will continue to work with you through the steps so that you learn how to maintain your weight & lead a much healthier lifestyle.

About me. . .

I have had first hand experience on the plan & will be able to support you based on my own experiences. I slimmed down with CWP, hit my goal weight & am now maintaining a healthy BMI!
