Cambridgeshire Counselling Training

We are an independent training centre that specialise in offering CPCAB approved counselling qualifications that are written and delivered by experienced tutors and qualified, practicing Counsellors who have been teaching in the Huntingdon area in further education settings for many years. Our Diploma tutors are able to offer you a supported, safe environment for your personal growth and exploration that will allow you to develop your counselling skills to become ethical practitioners. Our integrative Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling is a 2-year CPCAB accredited course, it will cover Psychodynamic, Person Centred and C. B. T. as the 3 core theories. We will focus on the relational aspect of the work as well as the theoretical aspect, the course will be delivered by two experienced core tutors, present for the majority of lesson delivery, this will ensure a high quality of teaching and assessment coupled with more scope to educate using creative action methods from psychodrama philosophy including role-play, role-reversal, fishbowl, using spontaneity and the group process, alongside traditional teaching methods. Each tutor will also separately facilitate the weekly process groups with a maximum of eight students and also undertake regular group supervision sessions.
