Very quick and easy to hire a bike. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whilst still being thorough with making sure you were happy with your bike and other services provided (helmets etc.) The parking was a bonus although I would probably recommend arriving early especially during busy times to avoid missing out on a space! Definitely worth upgrading to their premium bikes. We hired the basic ones which were absolutely fine, however the saddles were a touch uncomfortable especially over some of the uneven surfaces of the trail.

Lovely people to hire bikes from. Very friendly staff, sorted out bikes for us quickly, with out us having booked (Cornwall is spotty in its mobile coverage...) Got us quickly on the road with a helpful map and a quick explanation of how to get to the Bodmin side of the Camel Trail. Free parking was definitely helpful, too.

Great place to hire bikes from and lovely staff. We hired tandems for a hen do and arrived to find them covered in balloons and a pannier bag with a box of wine. What service!!
