I get to go shopping in Chelmsford a few times a year ,I go to Camera World each time I can , I have got a few thing (new bag, 8mm ~16mm lens , filters ) all ways good on price the best staff I have see in a shop for a long time , do not go to any other camera shop in Essex

As others have said, the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.
You may be able to buy cheaper online, but I prefer to deal with people face to face, especially when spending a lot of money.

Bought some high-end kit and have always found staff deeply knowledgable and extremely patient and helpful

It is ok however they do not give after care.

I just rang up these guys to help me with a problem on my Canon 5D MkIII and not at any point did they try to sell me anything but only offered their expertise, I was on the phone to the guys there for a long time, what gentlemen.

These guys aren't free advisers to photography so I'm not advising you do this, but the fact that they wanted to help me, that really impressed me.
