It was another wonderful week, but one with mixed emotions as we wished farewell to Layla who has been with us since a couple months after opening! Shes taking her family on an adventure and we wish them all the best but she will be greatly missed! To compensate for our sadness we thankfull had a little birthday to celebrate for Douglas who turned 1 and we got treated to some lovely treats for everyone who celebrated with him. It was also our busiest week ever with more new f...aces joining the pack, and the topsy turvey weather didn't hold back the smiles. The Canine Carers were on hand for all the fun you can shake a stick at, with so many dogs now we even set up multiple dog brain game stations for the pooches to take part in spread across our two rooms to maximise stimulation! The week was topped with 20 beautiful puppies all sharing a party with their hoomans, some experiencing Creche for the first time some being able to show their favourite place off to the pawrents! Sad day at Creche as we wish Bon voyage to one our oldest pack members Layla! She’s taking her family for a new adventure in Ireland. Layla has been with us nearly 2 years joining shortly after we opened so is very much part of the family, her friends aunties and uncles will miss her dearly! Everyone at Creche wants to wish the Risdale family all the best. 🐾🇮🇪😢

Next week at Creche.... Valentines Week!
Our postbox will be back if you want to send a card to your dogs bestie! It will be in reception this week in readiness, feel free to ask who your dog loves the most if you’re struggling to select their valentine!

The January cold snap hit everyone but not so much creche! Limited our outside play but lucky for the doggies we have plenty of warm space inside so everybody was happy! We had some super new toys land in Creche too! after rigorous testing for nearly a year Goughnuts have come out on top. Tough durable and fun plus they have a super guarantee with them. Whats more we will now be stocking them for sale (as some of you have already found out!), get them while you can as they are selling like hotcakes! Have a great Sunday! See you at creche.

Chatting about dogs and mental health

Play, cuddles and smiles all round this week and we have the pictures to prove it!
Exciting week for many reasons, not least for the first time ever, we reached 60 dogs (our license capacity) on Wednesday. Really important to get those play days booked in advance to avoid judgement and disappointment from your four legged friends. With that in mind I thought it would be fun to share some number facts... Labradors lead the way in frequency of visits where we normally have at l...east 12 every day! Cockapoos follow shortly behind and seem to be the most popular breed in Bury, but if you include poodle cross as their own category they blitz every breed as we often average nearly 100 a week! It's funny how we seem to have an influx of breeds at any given time, just 6 months ago we only had 1 Golden Retriever, we now have 7 that come every week. Miniature Schnauzers seem to be the breed of the moment, and more often than not come in pairs. Other than we have a handful of super rare breeds including an Italian Segugio and a Large Munsterlander. We love them all to bits and treat them like family, which is why they tend to be super keen to come play! Have a fab Sunday See you at Creche

What an amazing place! It IS just like a Nursery for Children. Such lovely touches to ensure your pooch has a really wonderful, fun-filled day! Maddie, had her first day here recently and she was welcomed with open arms by such a friendly, enthusiastic team! She says she wants to go back again soon for more! 🐶 xxx

This place is a godsend, Bodger loves his days there. At 6 months old he has boundless energy and it means I can go off to work knowing he is being well cared for, well socialised and happy it also means that at the end of the day we both go home tired and content! Thank you Canine Creche

This creche is fantastic. All the staff are lovely, kind, caring and fun and all the doggies have such a good time here in a safe environment.

The things we have learnt about these boys in a controlled social environment where Max has overcome anxiety of the car and now jumps in willingly and not slobber the place (or his brother), learning manners and social cues with other dogs, to be an equal and not accept anyone being more or less than another, and be the best furbabies they can be. We wouldn't have learnt what we have just attending dog training and leaving them home when we go to work. Everydog deserves the best, and these guys are definitely the best

Tetley goes on a Wednesday morning and loves every minute with his friends. We would not put Tetley anywhere else the team are excellent and do so much to stimulate the dogs Tetley sleeps most of Wednesday afternoon thanks guys x

Sidney loves going to crèche everyday, it means we can go to work knowing he is happy and making lots of new friends. He is 4 months old and has benefitted greatly from socialising with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Thank you to all the staff for making Sidney one happy pup!

Nala LOVES going to the Canine Creche once a week! She loves it so much that she even whines in the car on the way home 😂 The staff are so accommodating and you can tell that they genuinely want the best for each and every dog that attends the creche.

My pup has been going once a week for over a year now and she loves it, wakes up excited on the day and comes home shattered from her active day!! Can't fault the place or people. Brilliant!!

Monty has just started 2 weeks ago and as soon as he realises where he is he just goes crazy pulling you in and doesn't look back . Bye !! Lol see you at 6 pm lol if he didn't like it I'd soon know . Just so happy we found this place .

Local top notch dog crèche. Responsible dog carers in a world where leaving your dog at home alone isn't necessary any more.

Just want to thank John and team , Jake loves his weekly day at Crèche , we know he does as he's usually asleep before we leave Bury , and for the rest of the evening and most of the next day , BLISS ��. Worth every penny.

John and his staff are very friendly and great with the dogs. Amber loves playing all day at the Creche (I think she may wear the staff out with her enthusiasm!) I throughly recommend the Creche.

I’m soo pleased we found this place Pippa can’t wait to get in the door highly recommend to anyone. The staff are excellent and do all sorts to keep the dogs entertained if you haven’t checked ur fur baby in yet I recommend you do soon thankyou to everyone for keeping pippa entertained ���

It’s been great opportunity to socialise our puppy and it’s obvious that she enjoys her days there. The team are great and would highly recommend!

I was going to say that the Bury Canine Creche is the best alternative to having your fur baby with you all the time, but to be honest, our dog Douglas loves going to the crèche so much there is no doubt he would miss it terribly if we didn’t let him go a couple of times a week. He can’t wait to go through the doors and I know he has so much fun while he is there. Jon and his brilliant team truly love all the dogs in their care and I could not recommend the crèche enough.

Draco and Harry absolutely love going to crèche. As soon as we drive up they know exactly where we are and start jumping around. All the staff at crèche are lovely and so welcoming. The photos they put up every week are amazing and show just how much fun our fur balls are having. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Thank you for everything you do ��

Diego has only been going to the creche for a few fridays but i can tell he loves it! You can tell Jon and the team adore each and every dog and take great care looking after my fur baby. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend this place enough. Jon and the team are so professional and you can really see the effort they put in to making the dogs feel comfortable and loved everyday. Worth every penny for your dog to have a home from home when you're out for the day- with the added bonus of them making friends too! �

Buttons is getting used to the crèche, he is only 14 weeks old, very small being a miniature daschound and a bit shy! So having a facility such as the crèche will help with his socialising! He gets top quality care and attention from the brilliant staff, who are there to show love and care to Buttons and offer us friendly and helpful advice.
