Why canŌĆÖt all companies care like Camper UK does? Things do go wrong but itŌĆÖs how they are put right that is important. 100% recommended for anything motorhome related

We've now had 4 motorhomes from this extremely friendly family company, always feel valued, and any niggles always sorted fast and fairly - that's the reason we travel over 300 miles each way to deal with them! Just have to keep my husband out of the showroom when we have the latest van serviced, there is SO much choice.

We have nothing but praise for this company - excellent customer care and attention to detail. Bought a Burstner from them 14 months ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. Two small problems fixed outside of warranty period free of charge and we have complete confidence in them. We're surprised to read adverse comments as we have never been disappointed with the service received. Anne & Steve Cooper.

We bought our second Motorhome from Camper UK, after finding them on E Bay. We bought a Autotrail Cheyenne 634 SE on a Fiat Ducato chassis 2 weeks ago and can only thank Neil Holt for a fantastic buying experience. It's always daunting when you are parting with so much money, but all the team put you at ease and make you feel like a member of their extended family. The outfit we bought is beyond our wildest dreams. A terrific outfit that will last Margaret and I for the next 5 years at least. For those of us who are retired Military, the handover procedure was similar to a March In/Out of a married quarter. Nothing was left to chance and if you didn't understand the explanation or demonstration, it was repeated. Brilliant customer service and I for one, will be making tracks back to Lincoln when I decide on my next Unit. Thanks Neil and the Team.

My partner and I took our Burstner Nexxo for warranty repair and habitation check here. From making the appointment to having the work done the service was excellent. Reminders about the appointment time, friendly atmosphere and the work finished at the time they said. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service department. They recently assisted me in fixing a problem even though I did not purchase the van from them. I telephoned and left my details, and within half an hour a very knowledgeable member of the service staff rang me back and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.

Fantastic family friendly company, that look after you from sales through to after sales. Highly recommend

A warm welcome at Camper UK and very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble and Dennis did the work on motorhome and then explained everything, they topped up the water left it plugged in to the electric so our fridge stayed cold and then fixed the gauge that shows the water level that had stuck, we will be back for habitation and service soon knowing that it will be a good experience, than you

Good selection, hard to choose which model.

Called to view a Burstner, a pre arranged visit last Sunday 22/7 had a very good selection the Burstner we saw didn't really fit our criteria but must say CamperUk have the best selection so far. Revisited Tuesday came away with deposit paid and a Motorhome that ticked all of our boxes looked after by Jon came away with a very good feeling and experience.

Stay well away. Customers shouldn't be charged for their incompetency. ┬Ż200 bill for them to tell me I had a flat battery which should have been the 1st thing they checked. I've later found out that Halfords do for a FREE battery check.

Unless your van is under warranty, don't take it to Camper UK. They will take advantage of you.

Just the most appalling customer service I have ever come across. Avoid. I ordered spare parts for a motorhome and they sent the wrong parts, knowing that they were not the right parts. I contacted to ask them to send the correct items which they were unable to do and so I had to return the items for refund at my own cost. The items were carefully bubble wrapped and jiffy bagged. They now claim that it is damaged and will not refund. This "family run" business is a bad joke.
