Camrass Wills is a small family business started by Peter Camrass in 2010. It is now run by Peter and his daughter Lucy Camrass.
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and 7 years as a professional will writer. He is qualified at diploma level with the Personal Finance Society (DipPFS) and is a full Member of the Society of Will Writers (MSWW). Society members have to comply with the Code of Practice and carry a minimum of £2m Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance.
Peter is also an affiliated member of STEP, the Society of Trust & Estate Planners.
Since the introduction of the Mental Capacity Act in 2007, Peter has taken a keen interest in Powers of Attorney and this has led him into Wills, trust planning and probate work.
In 2010, he trained with BBT Law to enable him to advise on and take instructions for Wills and to become a certificate provider for Lasting Powers of Attorney.
