Camrose Medical Partnership

Camrose Medical Partnership is an 8 Partner GP practice in South Ham, Basingstoke.

The Practice, formally South Ham and Hatch Warren Surgeries, moved to new premises in September 2012. The Practice is open Monday-Friday 8am-6. 30pm with the exception of 12. 30-2pm on Fridays when we are closed for staff training. We also hold a clinic for pre-booked Doctors appointments every other Saturday. We offer pre-bookable appointments up to four weeks in advance and we also have a Duty Doctor on call each day to manage any urgent problems. We are currently taking on new patients who reside in South Ham, Kempshott or Hatch Warren. Please note that in order to register with us, you must attend the Practice with proof of photographic I. D. and address proof dated within the past three months. You will be asked to complete a registration form which asks for information regarding your previous surgery so please make sure that you have this to hand.
