Based in (beautiful) Cornwall, we are the first recruitment services company to make the candidate, not the vacancy, our priority. We believe that if we provide the right service to our candidates, we will, in turn, be able to supply an outstanding service to our employers. Taking the time to interview people has (strangely) become an obsolete part of the recruitment process for many in the industry and yet it's an integral part of our service. We look after our candidates to look after our employers.
