We have had a wonderful time of worship, word and fellowship on our first night of DFL. Praying for more, and praying that each delegate and team member have open ears to hear God speak over this weekend.

Each of us has a responsibility to discover God’s unique purpose for our lives and be willing to respond to his voice. This is the last chance to book onto DFL, to make space to listen to God and explore his design for your life. Please book before 4pm tomorrow.

We are excited about the forthcoming DFL taking place 24th-26th January. You may be thinking what is DFL? Is it for me? Here is some information about the weekend. There are still places available for this weekend, if you would like any more information please feel to contact the Candidates Unit.

Whatever you are doing today in the busyness of the Advent Season, we pray that you would make room for Jesus and take time to hear his voice. What is God saying to you? There are still spaces available for Design for Life in January (24th-26th). May God bless you richly this Christmas!

Challenging question from Colonel Janet White Munn!

After an amazing few days of training, the Candidates Unit have had a team building day at an escape room. We escaped in 53 minutes 31 seconds. Great team work!

For the next 3 days people involved in the candidates process will be gathering for worship, prayer and training. Please pray for us as we take time to hear God’s voice.

This weekend is the formal welcome of the cadets of the Messengers if Grace session. As we join them this evening, we remember each person and their families and friends in prayer. As we celebrate what God has done we invite you to join us in worship. What is your next yes?

What an amazing weekend hearing God’s voice at Design for Life. Please pray for all the delegates as they travel home and reflect on the weekend.

We are looking forward to welcoming all the delegates attending Design for Life this weekend. As we take time this weekend to hear God's voice, may you take time out of the busyness of your weekend to rest in God’s presence and allow him to speak to you. Please uphold us all in prayer this weekend.

As you sit enjoying the summer sunshine on the beach, in the garden or out and about we invite you to also reflect on the goodness of God and take time to hear his voice. What is God saying to you today? DFL is also a great place for anyone aged 18 or over to take time to reflect on what God is saying and where he may be leading. Why not book yourself a place for our September weekend 6-8 September

Today we welcomed Ben Ellis to the Candidates Unit. We’re excited that Ben has joined the team and we’re praying God’s blessing on Ben as he settles in to his new role. If you happen to be visiting William Booth College any time soon...pop in and say hi...we might even put the kettle on!

Today we’re celebrating the Commissioning of the Messengers of Compassion. We thank God for them and pray His blessing on them as they continue to say their ‘yes’ to God. We’re thankful for the gracious call of God on all our lives...what is He is calling you to be and do...what’s your next ‘yes’ to God?

The Candidates Unit is saying farewell to Liz and Tom. Our hearts are full of love and gratitude to God for these two beautiful people. Praying God’s blessing on them both as they continue to say ‘yes’ to God! Liz will be moving to Bangladesh as she and her husband Geoff begin a new adventure overseas. Tom will be travelling west as he and his wife Rachel move to Plymouth to begin a new appointment together. How we thank God for the loving service that Liz and Tom have given during their time in the Candidates Unit ♥️
